Desmonds made their exit from the north Kerry Championship on sunday when they went down to a more Determined Ballydonoghue Side dominated the early stages of thegame with Kieran Brennanin Fine form in the maddle of the park But 7 wides cost them dearly as The visitors lead 1-3 before Pa hickey pointed in the 8 th minute from here on desonds began the chase and trailed by 1-4 to 0-5 at half time in a pulsating second half desmonds pushed ahead and lead 0-13 to 1-6 after 21 minutes but the visitors finished the stronger to force a draw on full time .extra time was best forgotton as Ballydonoghue pushed on and they finally ran out winners by 2-16 to Desmonds 1-16

All ireland final 

With still no venue at the time of going to press on the venue for the final Desmonds ladies report a clean bill of health for the ALl Ireland Intermediate final .It is expected that every Man woman and child in the parish will go along to support our senior ladies in the A ll ireland Tesco intermediate ladies Football final .Manager Billy Mangan reports a clean bill of health and after last sundays magnificant game in the semi final it will take one hell of a team to overcome our ladies so the best of luck to the team .
