Beale GAA   08/09/2020

We play host to St Senans in the first round of the Bernard O’Callaghan Senior Championship on Saturday evening at 4 o’clock. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the game will be played behind closed doors and spectators not allowed. Thankfully though, the game will be live streamed and available to view via a link on the North Kerry Board Facebook page. The fee for viewing is €5. The match programme will also be available for download prior to game.

These measures are to safeguard everyone’s health and wellbeing during the current health situation and to ensure GAA action can continue in a safe and appropriate manner. Beale GAA Club would appeal to you to comply fully with the Public Health advice currently in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We look forward to welcoming you back to Páirc de Staic in the future, but for now, stay safe and enjoy the live streamed game from the comfort of your own home.

Beale juniors’ game against Knocknagoshel in Group L of the County Junior League did not take place as Knocknagoshel were unable to field. Regrettably, our final round game against Duagh will not take place either.

Beale minors succumbed to the challenges of Emmetts in the the County League, Group H, last Tuesday evening in Ballybunion. Stretched for numbers, we were forced to play 13-a-side and fielded without substitutes. Despite been well beaten, our boys dug deep and played with true spirit, never giving up.

We play Knocknagoshel in the quarter final of the County Junior Club Championship on Saturday, September 19th at 4 o’clock. We await details of venue.
