Lotto:

The lotto draw for a jackpot of €7200 was held on Saturday night last in Walsh's Bar, Knocknagoshel. The numbers drawn were 2, 3, 18 and 32. There was no winner of the jackpot. The five lucky dips of €30 each drawn went to Mike Casey Knockeencreen, Billy Herlihy Ballinacartin, Tom O'Connor Fevata, Judy Joy Knocknagoshel and Tom Donoghue Ballaugh, Abbeyfeale. The next draw will be for a jackpot of €7300 and will be held in The Village Inn,  on Saturday 9th of June. Tickets are available from Kieran's XL, Leahy's Post Office, the local bars and usual sellers.

Fixtures;

Knocknagoshel seniors play Churchill at home in the county league on Sunday next May 13th at 2p.m. The following weekend they play Asdee in the semi final of the novice championship at 7p.m. on Saturday 19th May. Knocknagoshel B team are in a group with Tarbert, Cordal, Duagh and Charlie Kerins. They have a bye in round one of the County Junior league and will play their first match on Friday June 1st at 7.30p.m. away to Tarbert B.

Knocknagoshel Clothes Collection:

Knocknagoshel GAA are holding an ongoing clothes collection to help raise funds for the club. Bags can be left into the white lorry container near the log cabin at the Football Field. All types of clothes are accepted as well as shoes,handbags, curtains & towels.
