SFL: Moyvane v Valentia in Valentia on Saturday August 12th at 5pm. 

JFL: Moyvane took on Listowel Emmets on Thursday last in Con Brosnan Park Moyvane in the semi final of the Junior County League. It was a very exciting game with little separating the two teams throughout the match. Moyvane however were the deserving winners on the day and won with a scoreline of 3-16 to 3-11, goals from Diarmuid Leahy(2) and Galvin Kennelly(1). Moyvane now progress onto the final where they will face John Mitchells on Friday August 18th, time and venue TBC. 

LOTTO: This weeks lotto draw took place in Maireads Bar. No winner of Jackpot €2,200. Numbers drawn were 11, 19, 24  and 28. Lucky Dip winers of €40 each were Mary Corridan, Murhur, Jimmy & Joan Buckley, Holly Tree Drive,  Listowel, Noel Stackpoole, Aughrim, John Scanlon, Moher and Eileen Cronin, Mail Road Cross.
